FOR ANY RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE, a written estimate
may be provided to you upon request. Please realize that unforeseen
circumstances may necessitate additional or different procedures
than those explained. However, every attempt will be made to contact
you prior to a change in treatment. A deposit may be requested prior
to treatment, and payment in full is requested at the time of discharge.
We are pleased to offer a 10 percent discount to senior citizens.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. In the event
of an unexpected surgical or medical emergency, we offer CareCredit,
an independent medical loan program.
A RANGE OF APPOINTMENT TIMES is available from Monday through
Saturday. Please call us at 676-1909 to schedule a convenient time
for you and your pet to be seen by one of our doctors. For the safety
of your pet, dogs should be on a leash at all times, and cats should
be in an enclosed carrier.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY during business hours, please call
the Hospital before bringing in your pet to ensure that the doctor
and staff will be available to immediately respond to your pet's
critical needs. After hours, please call the Contra Costa Veterinary
Emergency Medical Clinic at 798-2900. |
